Transfer a current domain name to a new WordPress blogsite.

I do not want to transfer my domain to a new host, I want to keep with WordPress; I only want to create a completely separate new blog site on wordpress using one of my current domains. Can I transfer a domain name from one WordPress site to another completely separate WordPress site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Absolutely! You can create that new site, then I can assist you in transferring the domain name. Just let me know the custom domain you want me to move…and the new WordPress.com site to which you want it transferred. Both sites should be registered under the same WordPress.com account name.

I don’t understand your statement: “Both sites should be registered under the same WordPress.com account name.” What I want, and what I have created, is a completely different WordPress.com account, with a different account name. But I want to transfer one of my current domain names to that new account; so that the domain name will always direct (redirect) to the new account and not to the current account under which it is registered.
The domain name that I own and wish to transfer is: konachurchofchrist.com
I wish to transfer this domain name away from: redeeminglove777.com
And I wish to transfer the domain name over to my new site, which is: konachurchofchrist.org — (registered as: konachurchofchristdotorg)
Can this be done within WordPress? Or, do I have to create a new website with a different company — GoDaddy, etc. — in order to transfer the domain name and separate the accounts?

I don’t understand your statement: “Both sites should be registered under the same WordPress.com account name.”
You don’t have to worry about that at all anymore, with your helpful, specific description of what you want, I can make the transfer.
I’ve moved the domain name, konachurchofchrist.com, to your site, konachurchofchrist.wordpress.com.
Your domain, redeeminglove777.com, is still attached to your WordPress.com site, redeeminglove777.wordpress.com.

Okay, my problem remains; and the problem is that, as you stated above, you transferred or pointed my custom domain name: konachurchofchrist.com to my blogsite konachurchofchrist.wordpress.com. However, that not where I need it to go… I need it to go to konachurchofchrist.org — or more specifically, konachurchofchrist.org.wordpress.com This is a similar, but completely separate, WordPress account. Can this still be done?
Sorry if I’m not being clear enough… give me time, i’ll get there – ha!

I see. In order for me to do this, the same user name must be affiliated with both sites. Right now, konachurchofchrist.org (konachurchofchristdotorg.wordpress.com), is not affiliated with your account, redeeminglove777.
I can only transfer domains between sites that are owned by the same user.
The problem is, redeeminglove777 is the owner of the domain, konachurchofchrist.com, and konachurchofchrist2014 is the owner of konachurchofchrist.org.
We can still make this work, but you’ll need to first decide how you want to connect all these sites. For instance, you can move ownership of konachurchofchristdotorg.wordpress.com to your user name, redeeminglove777. Once you do that, I can move the domain.
When you’ve decided which user name should be attached to which site, you can use the following instructions to move one of the sites to that user:
