Transfer a Domain

Please help!! I need to transfer my domain to wordpress but cant!! I have the code and the domain is unlocked but cant access the account to transfer from from intuit to wordpress. Hope this makes sense.. Thank you.

WordPress.com does not accept domain transfers. You can however map from your WordPress.com blog to an existing domain.
