Transfer a Domain

I had the domain D Ralph Young.com. The publisher that obtain the domain has been put out of business by OVID-19. I can not make contact with anyone by phone or email. My new publisher keeps asking for the Register but I have no idea who. Can you help establish the website http://www.dralphyoung.com? I expect to pay a reasonable fee for this service. You might be in the right place but logged in to the wrong account to renew that domain which expires in a few weeks.

We also use Wild West Domains as a reseller, but in this case the domain was registered through Domains Priced Right, not us.
There isn’t much we can do here to help, since the domain would need to first be unlocked through the original registrar, and you’d then need to obtain an EPP code from them.
Only then could you transfer it to us: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
