  I want to Transfer a Domain whereisplatov.com to Another Registrar. But there is no tab “Transfer Domain” like it described here http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That domain is not registered at WordPress.com. It is just mapped here for use with a WordPress.com site. You’ll need to log into your domain registrar in order to transfer it somewhere:

  http://who.is/whois/whereisplatov.com
