Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

Thank you. My issue is really just finding the page that has information about my domain. I can type in the url and the preliminary site is there but I have no access to a dashboard for it or a place to click on “domain” or “account settings”. I just have access to the site page.

Hi there,
You don’t own any domain to transfer.
You purchased the domain, luckyoil03.com, on 4 May, and then cancelled it a few hours later on the same day. That domain is no longer registered, and has already been removed from our system so I can’t even restore it to your account.
If you still want to use that domain, check if it’s available to register at the other provider you want to use. If it’s not available, it means someone else has bought it in the meantime.
Also note that newly registered domains cannot be transferred for a period of 60 days after registration. This is an ICANN regulation and applies to all domains bought at all registrars. So even if the domain was still in your account, you wouldn’t have been able to transfer it at this time.

Hi Kokkieh,
Thanks for your response. I had also purchased http://www.luckyo3oil.com which is the one I am looking for. I have the wordpress receipt. I bought it on 4/2/17.
Any ideas on that one?
Thanks a million,

luckyo3oil.com is registered with us, but it belongs to a different account than the one you’re using to post here. You need to be logged in as the account that owns the domain in order to request an EPP code.
Please log out of this account, and log in as the correct username, and you’ll be able to follow the instructions @timethief provided above.
However, please note that new domains cannot be transferred for a period of 60 days after registration. As that domain was registered on 2 April, you will not yet be able to transfer it, but will need to wait a few more days for the transfer lock to be lifted.

Thanks. My issue is that I signed up with the same email address and I can only log in with this particular account.
-
As I said above, that domain belongs to a different username, and is associated with a different email address than the one connected to your coraticum555 account.
If you can’t remember the correct username or email address, please submit the account recovery form as explained here:
You can use the transaction ID in your receipt for that domain to verify your ownership. DO NOT post the transaction ID here in the forum. Please submit it using the form.
