Transfer a domain from WP.com to WP.org

  Hi there, I have bought the domain http://www.proyectoalimente.org at WordPress.com. I was confused so I didn´t know wordpress.com was different than wordrpess.org so I purchased a template for my site at wordpress.org. Unfortunately, it seems I can´t upload a template from WP.org to the platform WP.com. Is there a way in which I could transfer the domain proyectoalimente.org to WP.org so that I can use my template?
