Transfer a site under bluehost

The site’s wordpress is under bluehost, when setting up and even logging in under bluehost it uses the correct wordpress site but the site is linked to a different account. I tried following the ‘Transfer site to another wordpress account’ but it seems I don’t get some of the options it tells me to do.

The site shows up under my wordpress.com page. I’m working on a clients website and somehow a mix up happened where the site was assigned under my wordpress.com account. He needs to add his credit card information to make shipping label purchases but the info shown is all of my info from my account and we cannot find a way to change it because it is linked to my account. I need it to transfer to his account. I hope this makes sense, if not, is there a way I can speak to someone over the phone to better explain the situation?

Do you have another login with us perhaps? I do not see any sites under your @rich34md account, which is the account you opened this support request under.
Is it possible you are logging in under a different username/email and seeing this that way? What is the URL of the site you are seeing so we can take a closer look in our system? Thanks!
