Transfer a Theme to Outside Hosted WordPress Site?

I just Purchased the “Puzzle” Theme on the wordpress.com themes section thinking I would be able to download the theme files and documentation. I found that I wasn’t able to download the files or documentation, so is there a way I can transfer a theme purchased on wordpress.com to a outside hosted wordpress blog, like to a GoDaddy hosted website for example? Thanks!
FYI – I only created the “Blog URL” to purchase the theme, the URL listed is not an active website.

Hi there,
Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com.
However, you can try asking the theme author if they would be willing to provide a discount coupon or the theme files for you to download and use on your self-hosted WordPress.org site.
To contact the theme authors, please make a post in the premium theme forums:
http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/
Alternatively, since your theme was purchased within the last 30 days, if you do not intend to use the theme within WordPress.com at all, I can cancel it out of your account and provide a full refund.

We are going to go ahead and use another theme that can be transferred. Can you go ahead and refund us for the them Puzzles please. Is there anything you need from me at this time?

Nope, there’s nothing else I need from you. I have cancelled that theme and refunded you the $79 which you paid. Depending on your bank, it should show up back in your account in between a few days and a few weeks.
