Transfer a URL from my old blog to my new

Hi, I need some help. I have an old blog (not with a domain) and I created a new one thinking I could transfer the URL of the old to the new and thereby save my work, but I can’t figure it out. Could you help? Thank you in advance.

In order to successfully move your old blog to wordpress.com, you can only connect a custom domain to your site if you have the Premium or Business plan. You will need an upgraded plan to be able to map your old blog

But free accounts cannot map a domain independent of a plan
