Transfer a website

  I believe I’ve successfully imported a current WP website into a new URL with a WP platform however it is in the Backup folder at the new URL & is a file size of 1.26GB. I seem to be limited to 256MB to actually populate the new URL unless I pay $69 to ServMask to remove the 256 MB limit. Is there another way?
