Transfer a website from one WP account site to another?

  I currently own a website that is being run from my marketing contractor’s WP account. I would like to transfer my site to my own WP account.

  I do see a newly-created site under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end, but I do not see any other sites. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
