Transfer a WordPress.com site to Go Daddy Hosting

  How do I get the wp-admin, wp-config and wp-includes files from my free wordpress site to transfer it to my go daddy hosting and new domain name grlfashionista.com?
  There is no one to contact to try and get these files so I don’t lose my followers or tracking info. Would a simple redirect work?
  What should I do?
