Transfer all content from one WP web site to another, new WP website.

  1) I want to transfer ALL of the content/blogs on one word press web site, to another, new word press web site. How can I do this? I would then delete this content from the current/old site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you moving from one WordPress.com site to another? Or are you moving from a WordPress.com site to a self-hosted site using the software from WordPRess.org.
