transfer all email subscribers from wordpress.com to self hosted blog

  hi, how can i have all of the email subscribers transferred from thebarnabascenter.wordpress.com to the new self hosted wordpress site, thebarnabascenter.org?

  i have seen this in other threads. it seems someone from wordpress.com has jumped in and helped out.

  we really need this to happen. our self-hosted site/blog is live! we no longer want to point folks to thebarnabascenter.wordpress.com.

  there is no transfer/setup needed other than the email subscribers being moved.
