  transfer an existing domain to another WordPress.com blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi support team,

  We need to move a domain (isabelfuster.es) to another wordpress blog. Now it is pointing to fusterisabel.wordpress.com but we have been working in another wordpress blog to renew this.

  So, now want to move our domain to ifuster.wordpress.com

  We have been searching in forums and help tell us to contact support for this kind of operation.

  It looks like both of those sites are associated with the same account, so you can follow these steps to transfer that domain:
