    Thank you for reaching out. It appears that your email subscription expired 10 days ago. To transfer your subscription to Titan, it needs to be active. Therefore, you’ll need to repurchase the subscription using the same email ID (the part before the ‘@’ symbol) as before.

    After repurchasing, please inform us so we can recover your email (this is possible only within a 30-day window). Once recovered, our email team will handle the transfer of your billing to Titan directly.
