    Hi WP- I first want to thank you for actually having a way to contact a support staff. Needless to say, I tried Blogger and returned to you guys. Now my problem. When I started with Blogger I purchased domain “blainelsn.org” through Google Apps registered with eNom. There were no problems with Google verifying my ownership of the domain through HTML file. Everything was fine until I decided to delete my existing blog and create a new one, using the exact same template I used before. From that point forward blainelsn.org was no where to be found. I keep getting a soft “404” code. I can’t get through Google support because they don’t really have support, and I don’t have a relationship with eNom, since I purchased the domain through Google Apps. This has taken up so much of my time. Please, can you help me get my domain back and onto my WP blog? Whatever it takes, tell me what to do or send me a bill. Much appreciated!

    Whois data is indeed showing enom as your domain’s registrar:

    http://whois.inetworktools.com/en/whois/datas/blainelsn.org/

    Sadly, there isn’t much we at WordPress.com can do when a domain is registered at another registrar. You are going to need to gain access to your DNS manager at enom in order to set the domain’s nameservers to point to WordPress.com.

    I think contacting enom’s customer service is going to be your best next step. This can’t be the first time they will have seen this issue (at least I hope).
