Transfer Blog?

  I lost my domain hosting apparently (site is overlaid with chinese text now). Is there a way to transfer my blog posts saved in WordPress to a new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you were using WordPress.ORG.

  So what do you exactly want to do now? Are your trying to move to WordPress.COM?
  If yes, then please refer this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/

  If you are moving to another WordPress.ORG software. then, you might wanna post your question on the WordPress.ORG support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Because this forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.
