Transfer Blog from a deleted username

  I have transferred my blog to a username,saravinamra that has been deleted, but the username still shows up as the author of those posts, is there a way to fix it? Right Now the blog is stuck in a void, i cannot edit or delete the posts.

  Try logging in to http://waterlilly.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ with the new username you took.

  Regarding posts being attributed to the old username: if you are the blog’s administrator, you can go edit the post and choose another author from the Author dropdown menu. To add a new user to your blog:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  Yes I tried that. It didn’t work. it redirected to me to another one of my blogs, http://saravinamra1.wordpress.com.
