transfer blog icon not showing

  When I hover over the ‘my blogs’ in the dashboard to transfer a blog (briarrosecottage.wordpress.com) of which I am the owner the icon is not showing. I have also tried with the other account I own (naturessong.wordpress.com) that I want to transfer briar rose cottage to and it does not work there either. How can I do this???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please post an active link to the blog in question (briar rose cottage) and know that you must be logged in under the username account that registered the blog in order to transfer it.
