Transfer blog option not appearing on My Blogs page

  I am trying to transfer a blog I own to another admin for the site. I followed these directions: Open the My Blogs page. Move your mouse over the site you would like to transfer and click the Transfer Blog link that appears. You will only see the option to transfer a site if you own it.

  I am hovering & though I own both sites listed, neither provides me with a transfer blog link. I tried with both Chrome and Safari. What else can I do? This is urgent. Thank you.

  To clarify, no other options like “leave site” show up either when I hoover over the domain address.
