transfer blog to already registered domain

  I made a free blog and already have a website and hosting I want to move the blog to replace the old website how do I do this? IS it possible to have the wordpress files released to me and then I can upload via 123-reg?

  Hi hairhounds13,

  You can export your WordPress.com content from your Dashboard. Go to Tools -> Export to download your blog content. This support document explains the process: Export Your Blog Content. It also talks about the Guided Transfer, a paid service offered by WordPress.com to transfer your blog to your new host.
