Transfer blog to another individual

  I have followed instructions about transferring this blog but I do not have the option to ‘transfer ‘ listed. What more can I do

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey!! Is if a custom domain on the blog? If it is you will need to transfer the domain first before you can transfer the blog.
