Transfer blog to another wordpress url including paid upgrade and domain name

  Hi, I basically want to change the subdomain name of my blog, from celineslouchelounge.wordpress.com, to celinejeanjean.wordpress.com (I have both addresses already)

  From what I’ve read I need to export / import the blog to move it from one to the other and then do a site redirect. However I also have a paid custom design upgrade on the original blog and a domain name (celinejeanjean.com) that I’d also like to transfer over.

  How do I move the custom upgrade and domain name over? And is there an easy way to do the whole thing in one go?

  Another quick question, I’d also need to move my followers / subscribers over.

  A quick update. I went to my domain dashboard and changed the name servers to a custom list including celineslouchelounge.wordpress.com and celinejeanjean.wordpress.com, thinking that both subdomains would then point to my domain name.

  Now celineslouchelounge.wordpress.com points to celinejeanjean.com as needed, but celinejeanjean.wordpress.com doesn’t, unless you click on the “blog” tab. Then it takes you to celinejeanjean.com.

  I’m going to stop tinkering because I expect I’m making things worse. If you could let me know how to sort out the above situation too, that’d be great! :)
