Transfer Blog to Lunarpages?

  I have a blog (desertheartcpr.wordpress.com) and I’d like it to replace the content on my existing site (www.desertheartcpr.com) which is currently being hosted by Lunarpages. I’m paid up with Lunarpages through the end of the year. I’m not sure the best way (if it’s even possible) to do this.

  I prefer the functionality and look of wordpress much better than our existing web builder. However, as a small business I need to be very careful with costs. I’d appreciate any guidance anyone is willing to offer to achieve this. Thanks so much!
