  How can I transfer blogs I follow on bloglovin to my new wordpress blog? I’m not worried about my own followers- I don’t really have any :)

  There is no way I know of to embed a list. You can enter each URL here https://wordpress.com/following/edit

  Please let me add that here at wordpress.COM subscribers control their own subscriptions. They also control how frequently they receive posts from sites they subscribe to. We cannot subscribe for them.

  You can also use the Blog Subscription Shortcode https://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/

  You cannot use the MailChimp embed code or the Aweber embed code and cannot create a pop-up on a wordpress.COM hosted blog. You can create a sign up page on MailChimp or on Aweber only and link to it.
