  Hi, I have two blogs (www.hallingip.com and http://www.hallingblog.com) that were hosted on a wordpress multisite blog. Can I get someone to help me reconstruct them in wordpress.com?

  Note that http://www.hallingblog.com was a wordpress.com site originally. I also want to upgrade so I can have advertising revenue

  Can you give those instructions a try and let me know if you run into any trouble? For your domains, you’ll need to map them to the corresponding WordPress.com site as explained here:

  You can include affiliate links on your blog without any upgrade as explained here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate-links/
