Transfer Code

  I’ve requested a transfer code a handful of times with no luck. I’ve checked to make sure it’s not in the junk mail folder. Not sure what’s going on.

  Hi Brad,

  Are you referring to the domain avondaleneighborhoodassoc.com? It looks like Private Registration is still enabled on that domain. Can you try following all of these steps one more time to disable Private Registration, unlock the domain, and request the transfer code?

  You’ll want to select both boxes in that screenshot on the instructions page (Private Registration and lock).
