maybaby31, I found that this domain is not on your WordPress.com account. You need to log in with the user account that bought this domain to be able to transfer.
After you log in with the domain’s owner user, you need to follow the steps below:

Okay what does this mean? Because we don’t know what your talking about. http://www.amcpress.wordpress.com. however we regestered a domain known as amcpressandco.com

When we try to get the URL privacy protection off it said contact WordPress.com for support

We do own amcpressandco.com which we are coming up with an error to contact you guys at wordpress.com. We will send you screenshots which shows you everything that involves this url and transferring to another service which we own outright and we did contact the service which wordpress uses too. They were able to help us as much as we can but they couldn’t release the privacy protection since you guys at WordPress.com. I am attaching a dropbox link which shows we own it out right and we are having issues with gaining the url privacy protection off it.

It’s seems it is owned by a third party site. No big deal. However, I am just wanting to make sure that I won’t be billed anymore for mapping when the mapping years worth of mapping ends. I am wanting to make sure that I won’t be billed anymore since I don’t need the site to be mapped anymore. I would greatly appreciate any help.

maybaby31, what I’m trying to say is that you don’t have any upgrades on your account, the one you’re using here, you can check that on the link below:

If this domain, “amcpressandco.com”, was registered with your account it was going to show on the link above. You did have 2 domain mappings, for “amcpress.me” and “amcpressco.com”, but they were canceled and you will not be charged for that anymore.
Now, the domain you want to transfer, which is “amcpressandco.com”, was registered by another user, he is the domain’s owner. That’s why you see this error when you try to transfer using your account. He is also an admin of your site. So, because he is the owner, he will be the only one able to start the domain transfer process.
I did the first step and sent the transfer codes to his email, I suggest you check with him and then follow the steps on the link I sent before:

Thank you for getting back me. I understand. We decided to just go back to amcpress.wordpress.com on the blog site. We are just going to get another url for our new site.

maybaby31, you’re welcome! I saw that the domain is already pointing to the other server, it’s loading the new site on “amcpressandco.com”. You can keep the way it is, until the domain expire, on July 28th. Then you can renew it, or use another one in the site, you don’t need to transfer.
