  hallo, i want to receive my domein transfer code, but every time I click on ‘send transfer code’ I’m not receiving any messages on my email. How is this possible?

  In order for you to receive your transfer code, you need to first remove Private registration. You can review our help article (which is complete with screenshots) on transferring your domain away right here:
