Transfer code enquiry

    Hi,

    When I try to get the transfer code and I click on ‘Update settings and continue’, it brings up an error message:
    An error occurred while trying to send the Domain Transfer code. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.

    I have tried several times and I posted an enquiry in the forum but I haven’t received any answer yet. Could you please confirm what should I do in this case?
