Transfer code invalid

  I am attempting to move my .com blog over to bluehost and the transfer code provided by wordpress is invalid. Does anyone know who I can talk to about this or why it is happening?

  I am trying to avoid doing a guided transfer because 1) it is simple and straight forward and I should be able to do it easily and 2) it costs additional funds that I have not planned to spend.

  Hi there! This is Kate, who’s helping Tasha with transferring her WordPress, including her domain. Bluehost said we need an entirely new EPP code, where her website keeps giving her the same one. Can we please get a new EPP code to initiate this transfer? Thanks!

  Also, I’ll go ahead and close this thread, but in case anyone else runs across it, here are the steps for transferring:

  In this case we’ll need to write the registrar about the new EPP code, but we do need to know which domain is being transferred, so we’ll just work with the user over email. And, lastly, if you need help with a domain, you can reach us here:
