transfer .com to .org wordpress

  I am trying to transfer company .com blog to company .org wordpress. I was able to export and import the files. However, it is not displaying, all the files and images are there, but I have no clue how to set up a blog page in the website. Is there an easy way to just transfer blogs to a new site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
