Transfer/ connect domain

  I purchased a domain transfer but now it says the domain can’t be transfered. Im okay with just ‘connecting’ it instead but now i can’t because ‘transfer is in progress’

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  I’m not showing there’s an active domain transfer for that domain at the moment.

  I will note that while your domain is using WordPress.com NS records, your domain A record was updated to point to a Tucows IP address, which is causing redirect issues and is likely the cause of the delay in verifying your domain connection.

  It may just need time to propagate the DNS changes, but it should fully resolve within 72 hours.

  If you still have trouble with the domain after that, you can reply here and we can look into this further.
