Transfer Custom Design to another site.

  Hi. I have made three purchases; Kent theme, Custom Design for blog silverframes.wordpress.com. and Custom Design for blog silverframesgallery.wordpress.com.

  The silverframes Custom Design is to be renewed by Dec. 7.

  I want to transfer the Custom Design purchased for blog silverframesgallery.wordpress.com to blog silverframes.wordpress.com.

  I no longer need the Custom Design for silverframesgallery so I need that purchase transferred to silverframes so I won’t have to renew the one due by Dec. 7.

  I went to My Upgrades and clicked on transfer to another site (silverframesgallery to silverframes) but I see nothing different. It still shows the status as expiring for silverframes.

  How do I know that the transfer worked? Please help. Thanks.

  Bumping this up from page 10 and to clarify.

  Can I transfer the payment I made on a Custom Design for one blog to another? What I did was go to My Upgrades page and click on transfer to another site thinking that I could get the payment to apply to the blog that Custom Design is expiring on, which is silverframes.wordpress.com.

  Hopefully I didn’t mess this up! Please help! Thanks.

  …and realize that I will lose Custom Design on the blog I am transferring from and I want to keep Custom Design on the one that is expiring.

  Did you register both blogs under the same username account?
  If the answer is yes see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades
  If the answer is no then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff to make the transfer for you, and don’t forget to state which username account is the other one that’s involved.

  Hi timethief, thanks for the response.. Both blogs are under the same account, username sheilabryanna. I have already went to My Upgrades and clicked on transfer to another site and it still shows the status as expiring on the blog that I want to transfer the payment to.

  Then tag the thread in the sidebar for staff help by typing modlook there please.

  Hi Sheila,

  Sure! What I did was renew the Custom Design upgrade on silverframes.wordpress.com for another year. So it is set to expire on December 7th, 2015. I then removed the Custom Design upgrade on:

  silverframesgallery.wordpress.com
