  Hello there,

  It’s not possible to export the database of a site whilst the site is on a free plan. In order to this the site would need to be on the business plan.

  That said, there’s not much export when a site is on the free plan, so I’d recommend exporting the content as per: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/
