Transfer deleted domain

  Hi!
  ***Disclamer – Big Noob Here!*** :)
  I registered a domain through wp.com almost a month ago. I realized that wp.com is not the best option for me, so i cancelled my domain and plan. Now the new hosting service are asking me for Autorisation code form WP for my domain that doesn’t exist in order to transfer it to it’s own server. Where do i get the code? Thanks!

  If the domain is not active on your account it is unable to be transferred.

  Hi!

  domain address is strahinjaboljevic.com

  I asked support on WHOIS but they told me that domain is registrated through AUTOMATTIC INC.

  That’s correct, the domain is registered through us. Automattic is the company behind WordPress.com.

  In order to transfer the domain you’ll first need to have it restored to your account. Once we do that you can edit the DNS configuration so that it will point away from WordPress.com and load which ever platform’s site you’ve made.

  Once the domain is 60 days old you’re able to transfer it away from us and on to another provider. This is an ICANN regulation and not one that we can work around.

  The other option is to wait for a year until the domain becomes available again and then you can register it anywhere.

  Let me know if you’d like me to restore the domain to your account.

  Hi,
  thank you so much for your help.

  Unfortunately, i do not know what DNS is and what should i do with it – i am starting my website from zero anyway.
  Please restore this domain back to my account, and i will wail one more month (domain was registered on 01.03.2017) and than i will transfer it somewhere else.
