Transfer denied

  I’m having an issue transferring my domain to bluehost.com I was give the following error when I completed the transfer.

  The transfer of MYPOWEREXPRESS.COM from WordPress.com to another registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):

  Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. – email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Private Registration is enabled on the domain.

  Visit this page:

  https://wordpress.com/my-domains/45436515

  Click edit next your domain, then select the “Transfer Domain” tab. There’s a checkbox there marked “Disable Private Registration. I understand that my contact details will be publicly available during the transfer period.”

  Make sure this is checked while you transfer the domain.
