Transfer domain

I want to transfer my domain to Wix. But when I tried, it gave me this email, Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact. (e.g. – email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the Transfer Contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means). I know nothing about creating a website and have no idea what this means. Please help!

Hi there,
If you want to transfer out a domain, you will need to unlock the domain, cancel private registration and obtain a transfer authorization code.
To do this, please follow these steps:
1) Go to Store > My Domains in your dashboard:
2) Find the domain you want to transfer and click “Edit Domain”.
3) Next, click “Transfer Domain”.
4) Check the box that says, “Disable the Domain Lock to allow it to be transferred.”
5) If you have the Private Registration upgrade for your domain, also check the box that says, “Disable Private Registration. I understand that my contact details will be publicly available during the transfer period.”
6) Click the “Email Transfer Code” button.

Alrighty, please provide that to your new domain registrar. I saw before that private registration was still there, so let me know if it still doesn’t work this time.
