transfer domain

  I think I may have just paid for a transfer of my domain to wordpress thinking they were also the registrar, but after I saw the steps and saw I needed to give information to my registrar it looks like I may have goofed up.
  I am looking to leave iPage where I currently have my webpage and domain registered with them. I like the functionality wordpress offers, vs. all the steps of actually having a webpage, but I’d like to keep my domain name, so I’m not sure what my next steps should be. Any suggestions?

  If you want to use a domain that you already own on WordPress.com all you have to do is map the domain. Here are instructions:
