Transfer Domain

  I’m trying to transfer my domain to Square space but I can not find the domain tab anywhere on my WordPress account. There is no tab for it and it is not located under any settings tab either which is described in every tutorial or forum I checked. I tried to transfer the domain through square space and it says ‘can’t verify’. Can I disconnect my domain and then re-buy it through square space?

  I suggest contacting Public Domain Registry support to get help transferring your domain to Squarespace.

  I don’t see any domain purchases on your WordPress.com account. Can you confirm which domain would like to transfer?

  The domain, annieknabb.com, is not registered with WordPress.com. If you wish to manage that domain, you will need to contact your domain registrar.
