Transfer domain

  I set up this site for a person but I do not see where the admin of the domain is saved. Need to know how to transfer that as she is going to begin having someone else host the site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  A free .wordpress.com site isn’t able to be transferred outside of WordPress.com. What you can do is export the content and use it somewhere else.

  Does this answer your question? Can you share a few more details about what you are trying to do, including the site address.

  Thanks, Liz. No, the site is actually quicktimesracingnews.com

  I cannot see who the admin contact is with a whois search, but wildwestcomains is the host and wordpress.com is where it is pointed.

  Any ideas? Using the client login, we can’t see anything and I do not show the site associated with my own wordpress.com login.

  quicktimesracingnews.com is not connected to the account you’re posting from. Once you sign in to the correct account you’ll click on My Sites > Domains to manage the DNS.

  For security reasons we can’t tell you which account you need to sign in with. What I can do is email that account directly. Then you’ll know which email address to sign in with.
