Transfer domain

  I am trying to transfer my domain. It says it is no longer available? Please advise how I can make this transfer.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of the domain, paulmonroerealtor.com?

  I see you disputed the renewal payment for that domain back in December last year, meaning your credit card company took back the payment for the renewal of that domain.

  We’ll need you to pay for the domain again before we can restore it to your account, and only then will you be able to transfer the domain. The $20 fee you paid is to remove the Chargeback lock from your site. It does not pay for the renewal of the domain.

  I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the domain again. Once we receive that payment I can reactivate your domain in your account.
