transfer domain

  Hello, I follow the steps to transfer a domain I own, and after i’ve unblocked the domain, I put on the EPP Key provided by my provider (hostgator) but then wordpress says it’s an invalid code.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The domain casadevidre.com is registered here at WordPress.com via our partner WWD. You can verify that by looking at the *whois* here: https://www.whois.com/whois/casadevidre.com

  Hi there,

  In addition to what @rfaile313 mentioned above, the domain, casadevidre.com was successfully registered with WordPress.com back in 2012 under the account lacasadevidre.

  It sounds like you are wanting to transfer the domain from WordPress.com to HostGator is that correct? If so you may follow this guide:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  Note that only the account which owns the domain (lacasadevidre) may transfer it out.
