Transfer domain?

I registered my domain through godaddy, I will be using WordPress and BuddyBoss, is there any advantage to move my domain to WordPress?

Will you be using the WordPress software, or WordPress.com? The two are not the same.
If you just want to use the WordPress software, you can do that at GoDaddy – they offer hosting plans optimised for hosting the open source WordPress software. That software is made and supported by the community on WordPress.org.
WordPress.com is also a hosting provider for the open source WordPress software. If you plan to build your site with us, then transferring your domain to us would be more convenient, as you’d have your site and domain in the same place. But that’s the only real advantage. Whether your domain is registered with the same company who is your host makes no difference in how your site actually works.
Aside, if you’re speaking of BuddyBoss, the theme for the BuddyPress plugin, note that using any third-party theme or plugin on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan.
