Transfer Domain

  I had someone set up a site for me to work on. I need to access it but it looks as if I have to transfer the domain first, but the new website it not up and running right now. Can I work on the new website right now and then transfer the domain?

  Hi there!

  There’s no need to bring over your domain, you can work on your site using the free .wordpress.com subdomain and only map or transfer your custom domain once you’re ready.
