  I need some answers. Can I talk to a WordPress service rep? I have a domain and website with WIX, and am always challenged with managing it. SO I thought I’d try your offer to transfer to WordPress. But is that what I’m doing? I want to keep the same domain name and be able to manage it with WordPress. Or would I be building a new website with WordPress premium?

  You can indeed transfer your content from Wix to WordPress.com. Use these tips:
  https://transferto.wordpress.com/wix

  We won’t be able to copy the layout though, so you may need to configure your site a bit. But if you have a paid plan, you’ll have access to support. Hoping that helps!
