  Hi @mattyo2000, will you be hosting with us? If so you can transfer or map the domain, depending on what you need.

  If you map it, you’ll keep it with your current registrar (whoever you bought it from) and will need to continue making renewals each year through them. You can always transfer it later if you’d like; in fact if the domain is new you’d want to map first then transfer after the 60 day new domain lock.

  If you choose to transfer, you’ll essentially move the domain to our registrar instead so you can pay us directly each year (pricing here). It can be nice to have the billing in one place, and transferring (free with a plan) adds one year to your domain.
