    I’m attempting to transfer my domain but it’s said that it’s still registered with another registrar. I’ve received the auth code and purchased the transfer from Namecheap. Please help release the hold or lock on my domain.

    What’s the domain name you’re referring to?

    I see that you had modernervltn.com registered through us, but you canceled it a few weeks ago, and it’s now in redemption.

    If that’s the domain you’re referring to, then we’ll first restore it from redemption before transferring it. The redemption fee is $80. Let me know if that’s the domain and if you want me to initiate the recovery process.
