Transfer Domain

  Hi,

  I am trying to transfer and connect the domain to a new Squarespace website I have built. I have access into my clients wordpress admin to make adjustments to the original website, however I don’t have access to the main wordpress site where I would be able to edit the DNS settings.

  I have the email address attached to the main wordpress site, the email add and password for the wordpress admin site but the person who had access to the original site login is no longer with us.

  The address I am trying to transfer is https://www.fourcornershospitality.co.uk/

  How can I get access to the domain settings so transfer it to squarespace?

  Hi @jackotstudio , that domain is not registered through us. You’ll want to work with the client to gain access.

  Going forward, here’s the difference between our managed hosting and the free WordPress software they were likely using with another provider. Let us know if you have any questions about our services!
